Dr. Nika Fabienke
Senior Director, Curriculum Planning
Dr. Nika Fabienke leads teams at Age of Learning who design curriculum and learning experiences for the digital environment and serves as co-chair of the Age of Learning Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force. Prior to her work at the Age of Learning, Dr. Fabienke was a teacher, district curriculum specialist, and educational consultant.
Dr. Fabienke has helped teachers and administrators bring rigorous, research-based, culturally responsive instruction to young learners. She earned a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Chapman University and a Doctorate of Education in Teacher Education in Multicultural Settings (TEMS) from the University of Southern California. Dr. Fabienke combines practical knowledge from the classroom, road-tested wisdom from professional development work, and formal academic understanding of the science of how children learn.
