Tell a short story together where you pause and let your child fill in the pronouns. For example, you might say, “Once upon a time, there was a girl named Anna. _ loved to play with her cat.” Then let your child take a turn creating a sentence while you fill in the pronouns. Go back and forth until you and your child both decide the story has ended.
